This first “Yoga Special” in 2020 has nothing to do with detoxifying or loosing weight, as I believe there is so much of that out there already. Instead we will focus our intention on deeply nourishing body, mind and soul in order to welcome the new year with a sense of clarity, integrity and energy.
Totally at rest, but still full of intensity. Totally at peace, but still insightful.
You will cultivate your deepest connection to the Earth by consciously rooting your feet into the ground to open yourself and connect with your true potential. Expect a well-balanced fusion of physical, but mindful practice, followed by a nourishing Yin practice to nourish your kidneys, bathe your cells and set the emotional tone of your mind. Complete your experience with a short meditation practice and allow yourself to be be guided deeper inward by bringing gentle attention to your breath, indulging in the experience of just “being enough”, just the way you are!
